How do I deposit crypto on Rollhub.com?

Log In
Ensure you are logged into your Rollhub.com account.

Access Your Wallet
Click on the Wallet button.

Select Your Preferred Cryptocurrency
Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to deposit from the available list.

Choose the Network (if applicable)
If the selected currency supports multiple networks, select the correct network for your transaction.

Copy or Scan the Wallet Address
Use the provided QR code or copy the wallet address to initiate the transfer.

Send Funds from Your Personal Wallet
Open your personal crypto wallet or exchange platform and send the desired amount to the copied address.

⚠️ Important: If the selected cryptocurrency requires a MEMO, Tag, or Payment ID, make sure to include it during the transaction. Failing to include the required MEMO may result in delays or loss of funds.

Check Transaction Status
Once the transaction is initiated, click on the Transaction button to view the status of your deposit.

Confirmation & Completion
The deposit may initially show a “Pending” status while the network processes confirmations. Once completed, the status will update to “Success,” and your funds will be available in your account.
