What does it mean by Voided bet?

Updated over 5 months ago

A voided bet means that the wager is cancelled and settled at odds of 1.00 — your original stake is returned, and the bet doesn’t count as a win or loss.

There are a few common reasons why a bet may be voided:

Common Reasons for Void Bets:

  • Match Canceled or Abandoned:

If the event doesn’t finish or gets called off, your bet is voided.

  • No Clear Winner:

In markets like Draw No Bet, if the match ends in a draw, the stake is returned.

  • Market Outcome Undecided:

If a match is interrupted (e.g. a player retires), bets on that market may be voided.

  • Incorrect Market or Odds Offered:

Rarely, if a bet was offered in error, all affected bets may be voided.

In Multi and Same Game Multi Bets:

  • Multi Bets: If one leg is voided, that part is settled at x1, and the rest continues.

  • Same Game Multi: If any selection is voided, the entire bet is voided.
